With nearly nine years of total work experience in construction project management, market intelligence, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and green buildings and sustainability, I have been able to develop, adapt and transfer a wide range of skills. With my passion for evidence-based human-centered built environment design focused on well-being, maintainability and sustainability.I have been able to work in different positions each enriching my knowledge and aptitude for this multifaceted subject. I apply my expertise in HVAC, lighting, and building envelope systems to review new project designs, conduct energy audits, administer energy performance contracting, and evaluate and pilot new energy technologies. I am also a certified Mostadam Design + Construction Accredited Professional, which demonstrates my commitment to enhancing the health, wellness, and accessibility of the occupants and the community, as well as reducing the environmental impact and operational costs of the buildings. I have led and supported several innovative and green projects, such as the Saudi Aramco Innovation Center and the Green Innovation Park, where I managed LEED certification, contracts, cost and change order control, scope development, and material procurement. I am always eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the energy transition and the well-being of the society.
