About Sal Durkin

Considered by many business and social connections in my life to be one who constantly re-invents themselves; I like to think of it as my having an innate ability to adapt to my surroundings, situations, stay afloat in a crisis and make the best of everything I encounter. Being creative and never thinking inside the box is something on which I've always prided myself, and I consider it the source of my drive and determination to do always do the best possible job regardless of the position. Although I'm slowly creeping upon retirement, there is never a moment when I'm not thinking, "what's next". I've been involved in a variety of industries from communications companies to working in the film, television and most recently, tourism industries. I go forward with confidence, that anything I have done in past experiences, has readily played a part in everything I have done, and will do, subsequently. I love life, love mankind, love adventure and have a passion to seek out the unknown. I believe that life offers each of us as many opportunities as a moonless night does stars. Grabbing life like the reins of a wild mustang is the mantra by which I live, and such will be the case until I've breathed my last breath.
