Account Management for all Banking and Finance Industry - Responsible to analyze customer outsourcing needs and design solutions and services to all financial institutions in Washington DC area. Provided onsite support on business and technical issues to the banks and assisted the client’s management in developing future strategy. Achieved a quota of USD 1.6 million in six months. Project Manager - High Performance Transaction Processing System (HPTS) - Program manager responsible for a budget of USD 44 million to develop image technology products. The objective was to develop mainstream products that would scan, read, process and store bank checks at a speed of 40 Checks/second. The project team consisted of ten major US, Canadian & Australian banks and 14 IBM development & product organizations.

Program Manager to establish an Export Development Bank, financed by World Bank. Implement Banking Systems for Industrial Development Bank- Led a team of 11 consultants to develop and install a Banking System financed by USAID. A USD1.5 million project to automate IDBE banking systems, processes and data center.Complex Implementation of a Health Care system - Program manager to develop health care applications and a data center to provide services to the 5 regions in the country.
