Construction of PHD petrochemical site

Ariya Lajevard Espidan (ALE) engineering and construction. Consultant to fabrication, assembly, and installation of reversed engineering high-tech projects including reverse engineered and fabrication of oil and gas instruments.

Overall company management including sales and marketing, reporting, budgeting, profitability, team management, and cost control as well as project management for assembly and installation of 12 units of Liebherr STS cranes in Bandar Abbas, including mechanical, electrical and skidding works.

Preparing documents such as lifting plan drawings, risk assessment, method statements, route survey reports and acting as site client contact point and equipment/manpower management. Performed more than 12000 km route survey for heavy transport of oil and gas projects as well as wind farms for several projects.

Total of 23,000-ton heavy items above 40-ton weight in Persian Gulf Star Refinery and renewable energy heavy lift and heavy transport projects.Transportation and installation of WTG for the Khaf wind farm project. Securing Uzbekistan Akchalak project from Korean client I was involved in contract negotiation and execution of the job invoicing and delivery of the project.

Heavy lifting works of phases 13 of Assaloyeh and NGL project including 800t tandem lifts. In site transportation and installation of 23000 t of heavy items as well as managing equipment and 120 project personnel.

I worked as a site manager responsible for the planning, design, and construction of farm facilities and buildings. Reporting to the shareholders and management of time, resources and manpower.

Asaloye Gas Refining Phases 15&16 water intake project including offshore pipelines. In Pars Petrochemical Port project I worked as a site engineer responsible for civil and mechanical QC/QA of the main contractor both onshore and offshore well as a contact point of subcontractors, preparing reports and checking subcontractors as-built drawings and obtaining client approval besides controlling contractual compliance and monitoring scope to avoid project creep were my responsibilities.
