• Identification & Conceptualization Company’s requirements and identify preliminary development options, these include evaluating production & technology options, developing the detailed statement of requirements/ Scope, sizing major equipment, generating pre-feed PFD, carrying out Feasibility analysis to freeze the Pre-FEED package.• Reviewing Process Engineering packages (FEED & Detailed Engineering) in agreement with Company/International Specifications & Standards.• Reviewing Contract package and participating in Technical bid meeting for addressing Vendor’s technical query.• Reviewing PFD & P&ID’s, Control logic & control narratives, Cause & effect diagrams, overall/ plot area plans, equipment datasheets, , fire Conceptual layout, Demolition plans, equipment layouts, Hazardous area classification drawing along with HAZOP & QRA.• Coordinating phase to phase transition of the Project via Stage Gate process.• Participating in Construction walkthrough’s, validating Operability & Performance Acceptance Test.• Coordinating with different Project Teams/ Project Management Consultant, Assets to avoid Gaps on account of Project interface issues.• Managing and Coordinating Multidisciplinary team during the Project Life cycle.• Providing Operation support: Process Troubleshooting, Process optimization & Production Maximization.
