- Provide consulting services to Conformity Assessment Bodies (CAB) for new CABs or extend process. In addition consulting services and advice on project management of production and services.- Establish new CAB- Conformity Assessment Bodies from zero. As well as implement all requirements for ISO IEC 17020, ISO IEC 17021, ISO IEC 17025, and ISO IEC 17065. Also Extend CAB scopes regarding to local regulations and standards.- Establish Safety, Quality and Environmental systems as ISO 9001/18001/45001/ ISO 20/27001, ISO 22000, and ISO 13485.- Conduct CE safety reviews and assessments of complex assemblies for CE Marking compliance under the directive standards and schemes as well as any country and local regulations same GSO/ ESMA/ SASO / SFDA/ EOS in Middle East.- Perform remotely audits of existing plant and equipment, including surveys, gap and NC reports.- Complete safety compliance assignments for clients, meeting project criteria.- Generate and managing project budgets (including Quality and Safety), ensuring financial goals are met.- Lead project management, and team collaboration skills to guarantee the shipping of solutions with the right balance between quality standards and delivery time.- Assist with business units activities and provide Subject Matter Expert support for business development opportunities. - Leads and supports program teams (Technical Project Team, Purchasing, Legal, Supply, Marketing etc.)- Developing business improvements on a regular basis- Adhere to Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety, and Quality Operating Policies and Procedures.- Promote and implement the Corporate Values of the Company for Continues Business Improvements.- Technical and Training support. - Area of experience regulations: Manufacturing (Electrical and Home appliances / Automotive / Safety of Machinery / Lubricants / Paints/ Textile/ Cosmetics / Food / Building Materials), IT (Hard and Software), Medical devices.

- Establish new certification body within new systems ISO\IEC 17065, 17020 as product and inspection Certification body including huge scope with mechanical, electrical and chemical related to GSO, SASO and SFDA regulations.- Contacting with accreditation body (GAC) and the company scope Authorities were high important to keep the requirements updated.- Implement all SASO and SFDA as well as GSO regulations and standards updated.- Review all technical and compliance process are integrity as possible.- Train the team of operation as compliance and quality engineer’s process.- Manage and develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives and integrity.- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.- Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs.- Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.- Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
