Salem McBee has been the “go to” in her circles of influence her entire life. Born into a family and community of Transformational Trainers and Character Development experts, coaching is simply in her DNA. It has been said by many that even as a child, Salem was who they would go to for counsel and clarity.As a teenager Salem apprenticed under Master Trainers and Executive Coaches, including her father and worked by catalyzing transformation with a diversity of clients from the broke and homeless to the rich and powerful. As she journeyed the years of fulfilling her dream of being a mom, she continued to be a faith filled, passionate inspiration for a multitude of people. Through the experience of raising her son with severe disabilities and his death at age six, Salem has sown a garden of tears and laughter that she generously shares with authentic grace.As a Transformational Life Coach, Salem is known for her expertise in listening with crystal clarity and and delivering highly impactful feedback to her clients. She has an intuitive knack for asking questions that lead to powerful revelations and all the while, she does so with the connection of a soul who genuinely loves the person in front of her. She and her husband Brye married as teenagers and have been together for over 20 years. They have three children and are almost always found working and playing together. As a family, they consult in the hospitality industry and coach individuals and businesses into their own greatness. In addition, Salem is an epically creative chef whose food is legendary among those who have eaten at her table. She and her family live colorfully and eclectically and say they are committed to facing the risk that being alive is!
