Historical Jeddah Region Project ALBALAD - Arbaeen Lagoon Expansion & Pollution Treatment Client: MOC / Contractor: MBL-for phase one The lagoon is one of the most polluted environment globally with average 4 meters hight sewers and sludge ، with space of 290,000 cubic meters and 2 millions cubic meters of polluted sea water.The project aims to treat the lagoon and restore the marine life and biodiversity in order to reconstruct the historical ALBOUNT jeddah seaport since 647 AD , to serve the marine tourism in one of oldest historical regions as classified by unesco with over than 600 historical buildings, 36 historical mosques and 5 historical markets.My duties are :1. Insure obtaining the required environmental permit during construction by national center for environmental compliance (NCEC).2. Leading the preparation of tender document for the lagoon Environmental tests and solutions including the following: • Sea Water, Sediment, Soil Sampling and Analysis • Marine Ecology Survey: o Phytoplankton Sampling and Analysis o Zooplankton Sampling and Analysis o Macrobenthos (Infauna and Epifauna) Sampling and Analysis o Marine Benthic Habitat Survey o Benthic Habitat Mapping o Coral Reef Fish Survey • Geotechnical survey (Onshore, Offshore) • Underground Utility Survey • Environmental Impact Assessment Study3. Assessment report preparation on the environmental pollution situation of the project entrance..4. Supervision and Monitoring the implementation of all environmental strategies & solutions 5. Perform environmental visits and audits, issuing NCR’s when required.

The Red Sea project a new destination for natural saudi tourism with capacity of 100 million visits by 2030, Shoura island is one of the most virgin, pure, untouched environments globally. Client: RSG / consultant: Dar Alhandasa & WSP My duties are : 1- Insure obtain LEED silver certification for KAIA project (7,470,153 sq ft) and the platinum certification for HC1 in the project within the contractor scope in the project 2- Collect the needed documentation and evidence for LEED credits.3- Prepare LEED credits plans and documents.4- Prepare LEED educational presentations for suppliers and subcontractors.5- Managing LEED waste area and perform the related calculation of MRc2.2 Construction Waste Management Divert 75% From Disposal6- Implementing works related to construction credits on construction site.7- Monitoring and maintain all LEED strategies and works on the site(LEED silt fence,roads watering, construction waste processing,.....) 8- Inspection and Reporting any LEED violation on the site occurred by the subcontractor or persons.9-Collect Asset register data related to the CFMMs software Maximo for review and input
