A Salesforce enthusiast who is passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and helping people switch, and advance their careers on the Salesforce platform.Since 2012, I've worked across Salesforce end-users, ISVs, and consultancies. In 2014, I founded SalesforceBen.com, a personal blog dedicated to covering the Salesforce platform in its entirety, this has now grown to the #1 Salesforce media platform, with a team of 20+, and over 1.2 million views a month. In 2016, I co-founded and ran the London office of EMPAUA as Managing Director, a European-wide Salesforce consultancy focusing on the startup industry, including FinTech, PropTech & InsureTech companies. We grew the office to 25 employees and $2.5m in annual revenue in my final year before leaving in 2020.Off the back of my time with EMPAUA, I wrote "The Secrets to Building a Salesforce Consultancy", an eBook and template pack, dedicated to those that want to follow the commonly trodden path of founding, and growing a Salesforce practice.
