- Lead technical architect of a successful migration of a highly complex legacy Lotus Notes Identity and Access (IAM) application to a new COTS (Sailpoint) implementation. Project required a lengthy period of co-existence between old and new systems, as well as integrations among various Sybase, DB2, MS SQL, Oracle, Salesforce and Tivoli systems.- Lead data migration architect facilitating the transition from a 23-yr-old Lotus Notes Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to a new Salesforce-integrated solution. Work involved detailed data analysis to support mapping, transformations, and required customizations of the target application. Coordinated with multiple stakeholders to ensure numerous data feeds to/from other systems could be transitioned smoothly.

Manage an array of part-time Salesforce consulting engagements involving a variety of solutions:• Mentoring customer Admins and fellow consultants in regards to Salesforce best practices including Apex and other code- or data architecture-related issues.• Conducting tutorials for business users on Salesforce features (e.g. Report Design, Campaign management, etc.) and frequently identifying and implementing desired process improvements.• Custom Apex Triggers to enhance automation and ensure data integrity (e.g. avoiding duplicates)• Mass data cleanup (scrubbing/de-duping) and data migrations (e.g. for new NPSP instance) involving heavy use of complex Excel workbooks.• Set up and define custom REST API integrations allowing external systems to feed data (e.g. leads) into Salesforce.• Create and troubleshoot advanced web integrations involving SquareSpace, WordPress, FormAssembly, and Zapier where form data is captured and transmitted to Salesforce and processed by Apex triggers and/or Flows.

Worked as part of a team of highly experienced Lotus Notes developers on enhancements and maintenance of Notes client applications, primarily related to Linde's North American CRM functions. Projects include complex conversion and merging of existing modules and the architecture and planning of new ones.

- Advised management of Messaging Support unit on a variety of Domino infrastructure planning and application issues- Performed wide ranging Domino development and administration activities. Projects include implementation of several new Notes apps for tracking software upgrade activity, application test cases, job applicant tracking, et. al.- Provided L3 troubleshooting assistance across Domino application portfolio.

Served as a project manager coordinating the upgrade of a Domino Document Management installation to the latest version (7) of the product. Activities covered a broad range including schedule tracking, business analysis, customer management, requirements gathering, and providing technical sounding board to the development team. Helped bring project back on track by developing a detailed project plan for full project lifecycle including Development, QA, UAT, and Rollout.

Performed a complete Domino infrastructure assessment and implemented several administrative best practices for a 1200 person unit of USDA with offices in all 50 states. running on Domino/AIX. Also did extensive troubleshooting of all types, ranging from mail routing and network connectivity to user management, clustering, and error logging. Provided extensive guidance and training for full-time administrators and help desk personnel to aid in future diagnostics, and developed a number of Lotusscript-based tools to allow for the easy correction of frequently-occurring problems.

Performed detailed analysis of the ARCATS audit tracking database and produced comprehensive documentation of a highly complex (200+ pages of printed code) but poorly commented Lotusscript agent, enabling developers maintaining the system to more easily make enhancements or fix bugs.

Provided analytical and development expertise in support of the Notes-based “Project Planning Database” used by JPMC’s Treasury Services Division for large-scale IT resource planning and project budgeting of ~$300M annually. Orchestrated two major architectural overhauls and dozens of incremental upgrades to the PPD (many due to the BankOne merger) after inheriting a relatively crude, “home-grown” application. Coordinated the geographic expansion of the system worldwide using Domino replication and clustering features to ensure adequate performance and failover capability. System was considered among the most sophisticated Notes applications firm-wide.
