Sales Operations management of growth team whose primary clients were healthcare system and hospital-based executives. Refocused and reenergized sales team by implementing forecasts within the CRM, leading structured forecast meetings, and tracking pipeline growth. Prepared data analysis and commentary for board decks presented by others (company is publicly traded on NYSE). Designed custom pro forma approval system, which is used for all opportunity approvals (similar to deal desk). Developed Sales Enablement program with Customer and Market Intelligence Team. First point of contact for any inbound leads through company website and toll-free number. Primary liaison between the business and CRM Team, Finance and Marketing.

Collaborated with Marketing to develop sales campaigns. Managed National Sales Meeting for approximately 70 participants, including venue selection, budget, lining up speakers, and agenda (led team that included 2 colleagues).

Developed pipeline for practice acquisitions and made first contact with practice leadership, culminating in successful meetings with 43 practices interested in joining company. Attended conferences and meetings to engage with physician leaders. Directed and conducted research and white space analysis to determine target practices (leader of team with 1 colleague).

Responsible for implementing Salesforce at company with third-party integrator, designing and administering Salesforce for sales users. Daily management of Salesforce, including process mapping, development, troubleshooting, and training.

Recognized problems with system of pipeline and contact management that we were using at the time (Excel). Researched CRM and other solutions. Convinced C-Suite executives, IT management, and my own manager to stop using Excel to manage pipeline and start using Salesforce (no small feat!). As a result, most of the company later implemented Salesforce for growth and other needs.
