Rob Peeples has been with the Rocket Family of Companies since 2008. Beginning his career as a top performing mortgage banker, eventually becoming one of the founding four members of the Sales Coaching Team. Rob has been a primary designer of sales content and strategy for over 13 years, helping to take Rocket Mortgage to the #1 Retail Mortgage Lender in The United States of America. Rob has been hands-on with mortgage professionals as an Executive Level Banker Coach, has severed as the Senior Director of Training and Development, and most recently, has been promoted to Rocket Central's first Sales Performance Consultant. Rob has impacted the careers of well over 10,000 mortgage professionals through hands-on coaching, training, and guidance. Rob’s strategic-based sales training design is renowned for its effectiveness and digestibility. He brings an entertainment quality to his trainings that make things easy to both understand and implement. In his most recent role, Rob has been focused creating world class training for our external partners and loan originators through our Rocket Pro business channels.
