From handling front-office responsibilities to coordinating pre-sales activities, my role is all about making sure our team is set up for success when working with clients on their sales transformation initiatives.I oversee a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing correspondence, and greeting clients—both in person and virtually. My goal is to provide a seamless experience for everyone who interacts with our firm, whether it's a potential client coming through the door or a consultant heading into an important meeting. First impressions matter, and I take pride in ensuring that our front office reflects the professional, high-energy atmosphere of our sales consulting firm.I’m also the point person for organizing meetings, maintaining office supplies, and liaising with vendors, ensuring that our consultants have everything they need to focus on client success. I also play a key role in managing internal communications and helping streamline processes to boost team efficiency. Working closely with the consulting team means understanding the nuances of the sales transformation process.
