After a career of more than 25 years in Supply Chain, Procurement and Human Resources, working in leadership positions in Brazil and internationally in renowned multinationals, 2017 marked the beginning of a new transformative phase in my professional career. I embraced a transition that turned out to be not only successful, but deeply impactful.My journey has always been guided by the quest to make a difference in people's lives and in the organizations where I worked. Understanding the importance of using my talents became the great lever in my decision to focus on developing and strengthening leadership and proactive career management. This transition to consulting was a natural move, guided by the desire to continue impacting lives in a meaningful way.As a founding partner of UNBLUR Consultoria, I took advantage of valuable assets such as my vast network of contacts, commercial experience, and a lot of training and certifications acquired over the years.To date, I have accumulated more than 2,500 hours of individualized assistance through Coaching or Executive Mentoring, mostly to senior leaders. Led the creation of action and contingency plans for all the areas under my management, involving Strategy and Execution of Plan of Acquisition of Direct Materials, Indirect, Investments and Services; Quality and Supplier Development; Production Planning, Inventory, Supply and Logistics of Finished Product. Led the implementation of the Supply Chain area for the startup of the 1st Washing Machine Plant in Colombia and the Andean region, accomplished in less than 18 months in line with schedule. Negotiated with suppliers, considering exchange rate volatility, variation of demand and productivity, obtaining product cost (BOM) with a reduction of more than 5% YOY. Prepared the Supply Chain team and processes to company obtain the Integrated Management System Certification (ISSO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO18001) in 12 months of factory operation. Handled Should Cost analyzes of components and materials, including manufacturing and logistics costing (TCO model) to aid in make or buy decisions. Led as a focal point in the implementation of ERP (SAP R3) and refresh for Hanna 6.0. Created and implemented the Ethics and Compliance Committee in the company and acted as Sarlaft Compliance Officer ensuring regulatory compliance and good, corporate governance practices. Led the weekly PVO Committee with management staff. Developed a strategy to guarantee National Value Added (VAN). Established and led the Purchasing Committee with a view to investing transparency (USD 19 million). Managed a newly hired team of 37 people, achieving more than 90% in engagement research. Participated as Supply Chain representative and one of the partners in bimonthly meetings of the Joint Venture Board.

As a result, the generation of 15% head count reduction with increased productivity, process consistency, cost savings of more than two digits in a budget of USD 400 million. Dealt with the negotiation strategy as focal point of the Global Ocean Bid to leverage international sea freight, covering handling, containers for imports and exports to Latin America, obtaining a cost reduction of more than 20% with the establishment of SLA and regional contract clauses, besides medium-term readjustment metrics, guaranteeing predictability of costs and availability, which impacted on the greater competitiveness of products. Participated as regional representative of global synergy projects of Indirect Purchases and Services. Established short, medium and long-term strategies aligned with global sourcing methodologies. Negotiated the extension of payment terms to suppliers with a favorable impact on the company's Free Cash Flow strategy. Developed and conducted Negotiation training for process partners, leaders and negotiators. Led the Logistics Contracts management process (policy, risk management, systems, compliance and legal guarantees) in line with the expectations of the company's Logistics organization.
