I have a strong passion for engineering and a keen interest in sustainable development and innovation. I am currently working as a civil estimator at Civotek Pty Ltd, a leading civil contractor that specialises in roadworks, earthworks, drainage, and landscaping.As a civil estimator at Civotek Pty Ltd, I am responsible for preparing tenders, estimation, bill of materials, tracking project schedule, forecasting, and reporting to the director/project manager. I also engage and negotiate with the key suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost efficiency and quality in the project. Additionally, I coordinate with various stakeholders, such as project manager, contractors, sub-contractors, clients, council representatives, and residents, to communicate requirements, progress, changes, and outcomes from initiation to completion of the projects. Some of the skills that I use in my role are team management, employee training, time management, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
