Responsible for the data management on the Sales side (quality, activation and compliance). Made sure all market data was available at the Company's Cloud, including global, regional and local databases following a new data strategy designed to be scalable on a regional level (Latam Hub).Responsible for data activation. I built more than 15 Power BI reports for the different departments in the Sales area, including some reports on the company level.Leaded the Sales App implementation in Mexico. Supervised the adaptation of existing systems to be compatible with local and regional interfaces.Responsible for the implementation and steering of a new standardized Retention Journey within the Dealer Network. Based on the HQ blueprint, I designed and implemented the new standard process supported by the CRM, in collaboration with the Sales Zone Managers and the Financial Services sales teams.Collaborated with the improvement and steering of the Digital Customer Journey for Retail supported by the CRM. Designed enhancements in the app according to the needs we assessed with the network. Designed several KPIs to steer and evaluate the dealer network for variable margin and the local “Dealer Score Card”.

Designed an equipment configuration strategy in order to ensure optional codes and adequate configuration stock mix.Responsible for dealer monthly ordering and allocation of new vehicles.Responsible for overseeing Ordering & Allocation targets and KPIs fulfilment by the Dealer Network. Built a monthly report for internal users.Key Achievements:Standardized and automated the ordering and allocation operational processes, including the internal reporting, using MS Access, MS Excel and VBA.Managed to achieve <2% of vehicle configuration mismatches across the dealer network.
