I am the Co-Founder and COO of InvestaX, a leading tokenization SaaS provider for the issuance, custody, life-cycle management and trading of blockchain-enabled securities offerings, with a Capital Markets Services license and a Recognized Market Operator license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). InvestaX was also approved for the MAS regulatory sandbox for its operation of a digital securities exchange focusing on private market assets.I spent more than 15 years practicing corporate and real estate law across multiple jurisdictions (Los Angeles, Shanghai and Tokyo) with major international firms, including Skadden Arps and DLA Piper. Having been a corporate lawyer for many years, I am familiar with the inefficiencies and opaque processes that are present in private markets and recognize that whenever there is inefficiency there is a disruption opportunity. Excited by technology's impact on every aspect of life, and a believer in blockchain and building tech that creates a new, better and more inclusive investment universe. I am a Chinese-born American, and now Singapore-based. I am a licensed attorney in California. I make sure that the proper checks and balances are in place for the company and all of the investors.
