- Define the strategy for deploying Q-HSE approach within the organization - Follow Key Performance Indicators related to QHSE.- Prepare and Implement policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with corporate and Governmental HSE requirements- Ensure that ISPS Code is fully implemented at the terminal- Prepare and maintain required HSE records and reports.- Coordinate and execute internal and third party QHSE audits.- Non-conformity reports and root cause analysis- Encourage Incidents, near misses and damages report- Follow customer complaints- Develop and monitor QHSE performance and progress

- Coordinate QHSE aspects on power project- ensure best operating practice are effectively applied during operation- plan and monitor the lifting opration on site- Perform daily routine QHSE inspection- carry out safety meeting for employee- carry out QHSE induction for new joiners.- Ensure compliance with Aggreko HSE Policy, BOP’s and local legislation at the site- Ensure site is compliant with both Aggreko and local environmental requirements- Encourage active participation of workforce in Hazard identification & reporting of unsafeacts and conditions.- Develop site specific HSE plan with measurable objectives (KPI’s)
