I have started my career in 2005 as credit allocation supervisor in a bank. My main responsibilites were designing, implementing and monitoring of scoring models. Besides Rating models , I have prepared financial analysis reports for Credit Allocation Department, enhancing my financial statement analysis skills, which is crucial for SME and corporate scoring & rating models. Since 2008, I have been working in Turk Ekonomi Bankası(TEB) Headquarters as Rating Systems Modelling Manager, solely responsible for designing rating models for SME & Corporate companies with 1 analysts under my responsibility. Besides rating models, I have also designed econometric models for estimating general default rate for calibration. TEB has used my rating models with major success since 2008. TEB is the only subsidiary of BNP Paribas in the world, which has created its own rating models. BNP Paribas has validated and verified our rating models every year, with praising remarks for our systems. Between 2013-2016. I've been working as a manager of retail credit decision systems in Bankpozitif. After the closure of the Bankpozitif individual credit department. I was involved in the establishment of Digital Credit analytics department at Burgan Bank., I've worked as artificial intelligence solutions and R & D manager at Borusan CAT ARGE. I have successfully completed many artificial intelligence projects in Borusan. I received national and international awards about AI/IOT projects. I had a short experience in PwC turkey as a senior manager of data science team in 2019. Now I’am working as a Director of Analytical Modelling and Business intelligence Department in LİNKTERAI believe that I have theoretical knowledge and experience in artificial intelligence, econometrics, statistics, machine learning and credit / finance, and strong technical skills in using HANA-SAP, R, Python, SAS, SPSS, SQL, EViews.
