As a service owner Salih has been one of the leaders at Enfo at developing services. He has improved service descriptions, which has decreased the time-to-buy and the amount of contract questions that needs clarifying before and after writing a contract. He has created, implemented and sold several integration services and helped other departments in creating services. His responsibilities include pricing, the pricing models, and he has gotten involvement in most agreement negotiations and sales.

Managing several projects that mainly has focused on migration of integration platforms. The biggest project contained 400 integrations. In addition, the work has included managing several startup projects, workshops and proof of concepts. Customers include ESAB, Volvo Cars, Ale Kommun, Enfo IL, B&B Tools, Getinge, Resurs Bank, Paulig and others.

Scrum master during a large and challenging migration project for Toyota Material Handling Europé. The integration platform was migrated by a team spread with different skills, located in 6 different locations, in 3 countries. Salih was also a technical resource for OS- and MQ-issues. The team got awarded Project of the Year 2018 for delivering a challenging project with a new way of working within budget and time constraints while keeping the customer happy.

Implemented an agile work process and worked as a scrum master. Increased the team’s velocity and decreased bugs. Brought order to a chaotic backlog. Worked with pre-sales and agreements. Was the service delivery manager towards many customers and focused on quality and customer happiness. Had personnel and profit responsibility. Expanded the team. Our customers included: Akademiska Sjukhuset, B&B Tools, Finnair Catering, Komplett, One Nordic, Nordic Choice Hotels, Polismyndigheten, SAAB, Savon Voima, Volvo Car Company.

Lead the daily work and minor projects, worked on improvements, profitability and customer satisfaction. Implemented and documented ITIL-processes. The best feat was working with improvements on a fixed price customer and decreasing the amount of work from 300 hours a month to sub 100. Customers included Getinge, ESAB, Region Syddanmark, Destia, Eltel Networks, Enfo Cloud, Enfo Zender, Finnair Catering, Savon Voima and VR Group.

Responsible for keeping Enfo’s knowledge in IBM MQ high and developing the relationship with IBM. Participated in beta programs, built a network of contacts, acted as technical contact. Performed ”SWAT”-assignments. The most memorable assignment was when Salih was flown to Stockholm to solve an acute issue, which the customer themselves had failed to get working for several days. The issue was solved within 30 minutes by Salih. Performed mentoring, infrastructure workshops and implemented several high availability environments for Norwegian, Bolagsverket, CGI, Husqvarna, Polismyndigheten and others.

Ukraine, Kiev

On site for 10 months with personnel responsibility. Built up the organization from the ground with hiring, educating and leading the resources in Ukraine. Lead the work for transferring deliveries to Ukraine. Was responsible for delivery quality, organization, communication and that processes worked. The team supported Volvo Car Company, Getinge, ESAB, Alfa Laval and others.

Support of our customers’ integration environments on Windows Server, Linux, AIX and IBM System i. The environments mainly consisted of IBM MQ and App Connect Enterprise. The work also included on-call duty. Implemented quality review processes at Volvo Car Company, which lead to fewer errors after deployment and better deliveries from the developers. Was also the technical lead at Volvo Car Company leading major incidents and technical projects. Saved Foras integration environment by implementing processes and living up to SLA:s. Other customers include Alfalaval, AMF, B&B Tools, ESAB, Getinge, Resurs Bank, Sony Ericsson (Sony Mobile) and others.
