I have been working in the sales, marketing and distribution fields of the telecom sector, mainly in the cellular sector of Pakistan for the past 16 years. I have extensive understanding and knowledge of the sales and distributions networks, telecom VAS and M2M business, commercial planning and strategy, setting up and managing sales teams, evaluation of new and emerging telecom markets and products, rolling out franchise and retail channels and project management. Some of my key achievements and projects include development of VAS and M2M business in Afghanistan and Iraq, launch of Diallog CDMA WLL project in Northern Areas of Pakistan in collaboration with SCO, I also worked as a project lead to launch Ufone services in most of the northern country, highest ever expansion of Ufone dealer outlets, launch of Pakistan's first LDI calling card “BIGTIME” and two regional calling cards with the establishment of the largest calling card distribution network in Pakistan, development and execution of Pakistan first LDI corporate solution “BIGTIME Direct” and a record of consistent realization of sales and revenue targets.
