(Project: King Khalid International Airport Development and Expansion Project, Riyadh)• Co-ordinates with the Consultant engineer for quality control work inspections at site. • Maintains QA/QC documents of the project, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes. • Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.• Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.• Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.• Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge on quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations.• Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.• Coordinate with the Consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for Inspection.• Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to the project.• Prepares Work Inspection Reports.• Prepares Field Correction Reports in order to make the necessary correction as per the requirement of site.• Prepares Back charge sheet to subcontractors as per the clause.• Identified the minute changes build as per required site condition with respect to revised drawings for the final output of AS-BUILT Drawings.

(Projects: High rise Buildings, Villas, Residential Executive Buildings, Asphalt-road, Culvert, Portable Cabin Accommodations, Steel Structures)● Inspection and handling of▪ Buildings & Villa Constructions from estimating to handing over.▪ Residential executive level camp construction.▪ Asphalt road construction work.▪ Culvert work - design, Estimation and RCC works.▪ Interlock work for the camp passages▪ Curbstone installation at asphalt road.▪ Prefabricated Portable cabins Camp (Fire Resistant) with foundation for Labor Accommodation.▪ Steel Structures work with RCC basement.● Coordinating with Consultants regarding the design development if any.● Coordinates with work system required various service providers to reach the target as per the design/drawings and site requirements.● Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which includes the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers.● Overall Project planning and scheduling, project accounting and control.● Responsible for overall supervision of all areas of project management.● Following up and Handling Clients to satisfy their required changes if any according to design/drawings and making them understand the major advantages of the changes and the reason for time taking better quality output.● Provides the required project support to the Managers, Site team and all concerned departments including contractors in order to finish the task at earliest to reach the target as per scheduled.● Follow up all pending issues proactively to conclude at the earliest.● Plan procurement schedule and safe storage of all material & Ensure that all procurement update is sent to the Commercial & Procurement Function by the team● Estimating the Project Costing with respect to market pricing.● Communicates and Reports the Project status to Project Manager/ Operations Manager in time. ● Playing a key contributing role during variation negotiations.

(Projects: Group Housings, G+5 Multi storied residential & commercial buildings & Villas)● Inspection and handling of all types of activities in residential Construction.● RCC works can handle effectively.● Can handle all type of tests in Quality Control.● Day to day supervision of staff, contractors and sub-contractors.● Complying with all relevant OHSE requirements, maintaining and managing and manage the safety of those onsite.● Effective supervision.● Participation in Project progress meetings.● Preparation of regular, detailed, construction project reports.● Playing a key contributing role during variation negotiations.● Prepares daily progress report.

(Project: A construction of Multi storied residential & commercial complex)● Assists in planning, designing and constructing work to the senior engineer.● Performs the basic evaluation and inspection of civil engineering projects to ensure that standards and requirements are met.● Prepares, maintains and reviews technical documentation regarding the project (e.g. drawings and specifications) under the supervision of senior engineer.● Follows applicable building codes and safety regulations.● Prepares daily progress report.
