As Operations Manager: ( Plant Lead ) From 2019 Jan till to date• Lead Production as Manager Operations. • Manage the Production targets and Production Plans as per Demand planning need including Production against Production orders targets and Volume Targets. • Manage Day to Day activities of Production.• Manage Plant monthly over heads on weekly basis. • Manage Wastages, Review Monthly, Derive actions to eliminate or minimize Wastages• Continuously monitor all process and eliminate Non Value added process/ Man power management / Overtimes optimizations and cover the short falls to cover business losses/ targets. • Responsible to manage all the KPI’s of production that includes machine performances , global efficiencies, productivity , wastages , Cost of quality. • Responsible to Manage The quality of the production, Product Safety, human safety. • Responsible to manage the Human safety and environment (HSE) of the whole plant. • Responsible of Production Excellence by continual improvements in KPi's of operation ( GE improving, Automation, Men optimizations, Value Streaming, 5S,Cost saving projects).• Responsible to investigate , Implement the Corrections/ Corrective Actions/ Preventive measures from RCA of any Quality/ HSE incident or complain. • Responsible to give Quality Production with Safe and Healthy environment. • Responsible of Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma process, Operational Excellence implementation on plant . • Responsible to validate the Production with BOM Continuously monitor the Production TECO and BOMs . Take appropriate actions for variation resolution. • Responsible to present Monthly Plant Performance along with Finance numbers from Finance department to top management. • Responsible to manage and design all the Process and Production pre requisites for New Product Launching. • Responsible to set the departmental SMART goal.• Manage the functions of Maintenance department.
