LBIL is a fully owned subsidiary of LankaBangla Finance Limited, one of the leading Non-Banking Financial Institutions in Bangladesh and Lankabangla Investments is a top player in the boutique industry of Investment Banking.Key Responsibilities in This Role: • Conducting Merger & Acquisition, Divestment and Foreign Direct Investment analysis, evaluating risks and opportunities for clients' strategic decisions.• Conduct diverse valuations (DCF, CCA) or following the valuation methods formatted by regulatory authority (BSEC) to guide investment projects.• Create investor reports, detailed presentations, teasers, communication materials and pitch decks.• Develop complex financial models, Financial projections and conduct financial analysis for respective projects.• Actively participate in fund arrangements, securing private equity investments or other funding avenues.• Provide market insights through research and analysis of the Industry/Economy.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify investment opportunities and facilitate projects.• Support Management Committee and Investment Banking Head in client meetings, preparing communication materials for contributing to discussions.• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain confidentiality.Key Projects Completed Successfully:• Raised Capital for Confidence Infrastructure Limited through the issuance of Preference Shares.• Facilitated Outward Foreign Direct Investment in Singapore for a local LPG Importer.• Facilitated Merger of a Publicly Listed Fuel & Power Company with 3 of its Concerns. • Facilitated Repatriation of a Foreign Company
