System was trained on Type 2 diabetics data collected in a collaboration with Eastern Virginia Medical School.◆ ECG-Based Virtual Pathology Stethoscope Tracker✑ Developed a real-time stethoscope tracking method for placing virtual symptoms in standardized patients' auscultation sites to expand their capabilities during the cardiac auscultation training. Project in collaboration with CHKD, Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.◆ Nuss Procedure Surgical Simulator✑ Built a surgical 3D simulator for the Nuss procedure with haptic force feedback of organs collision, to help with training of new surgeons. The Nuss procedure is a minimally invasive surgery for correcting congenital chest wall deformity. Project in collaboration with Eastern Virginia Medical School.◆ Esophageal Cancer Diagnostic Tool✑ Built an Esophageal tumor diagnosis tool trained on patients data collected from endoscopic imaging.

◆ Designed a 3D SQUID (Superconducting Quantum Interference Device) scanning system for detecting micro Tantalum defects in Niobium sheets.◆ The system was tested on superconducting RF cavity half-cells.
