As a Digital Marketing Mentor, I am part of the ambitious "Women Mentorship in Tech Programs" project, designed to strengthen the country’s human resources in digital fields, increase the participation of women, and promote gender equality. Organized by Business and Technology University (BTU) and financed by the European Union, the project is implemented with the support and involvement of the leading Lithuanian women’s empowerment organization, Women Go Tech. I provide expert guidance and mentorship in digital marketing to a diverse group of women. Within the framework of the project, beneficiaries will also receive sessions aimed at improving career development and entrepreneurial skills.

Our videos garnered over 1 million views, appealing not just to Georgian audiences, but also to international listeners.Beyond my role as a vocalist in Sparkle, I was responsible for promoting the band's presence at various events — an experience that was both challenging and rewarding.
