Administration - Provide administrative support for new employees on-boarding process, including but not limited to, compiling welcome packs, organising company induction sessions with the Regional Director and induction sessions with System Experts - Generating Reports - Assist to upload candidate resumes and client agreements to system - Generate reports to support the business - Prepare reports to be submitted to the Ministry of Human Resources - Coordinate with IT team when there are any technical issues Office maintenance - Refill the pantry items, as necessary - Prepare materials for office initiatives and celebrations - Liaise with vendors to ensure office maintenance, e.g. liaising with vendor on coffee machine maintenance or building management on office building issues
