Current Regional Manager (East Region) – March 2023 to Present Surveillance Director (West Region) – July 2022 to March 2023 Investigative Manager/Regional Manager (Central and West Region) – June 2014 to July 2022Responsibilities:• Responsible for the performance and development of assigned investigative and management teams, operating in various areas nationwide. • Accountable for the quality of work product delivered to clients. • Manage daily operations and instruction of investigative staff including assignment of casework, scheduling and logistics of files, and review of investigative reports and video evidence obtained.• Monitor and report investigation statistics including key performance indicators for assigned team. • Plan, schedule and direct day-to-day activities of the assigned case files to ensure quality of work product and achievement of client objectives.• Create strategic plans of action to obtain impactful results on case assignments.• Provide quality customer service through daily contact with clients. • Provide daily updates of investigative results to clients and review all final work product materials during the quality control process.• Responsible for administrative processes including employee payroll audit, work performance reviews and recruiting and hiring of new personnel.• Train and mentor new field investigative staff, as well as new surveillance management staff.
