Providing legal support in the course of the introduction of amendments to current internal regulations/procedures or other documents of the company.

- Providing legal advice on corporate, commercial and labor law issues to both local and international clients, successfully representing clients on migration, tax and labor issues- Providing M&A advice including legal Due Diligence checks- Legal and HR consulting- Delivering in-depth legislative analysis of local business structure to clients intending to establish legal presence in the country- Advising in corporate registration, de-registration and corporate restructuring- Reviewing and drafting various types of contracts and other legal instruments subject to their compliance with the requirements of applicable legislation- Working with internal team to prepare the documents and implement overall business strategy
