I work independently with Members and in coordination with other NACA departments, I review and process Member’s mortgage application for NACA Credit Access to ensure the Member and the property is to NACA’s criteria. Submit Member’s mortgage application. Address lender conditions. Assist Members through closing & facilitate the mortgage process.At pre-Qualification, I Develop a realistic monthly budget and address budget issues. This includes calculating a monthly cash flow surplus to establish a Member’s long term affordable mortgage payment. I also, Present Home Buyer Workshops. Assist in outreach activities focused on low- and moderate-income communities, churches, job sites, events, etc. Participate in NACA’s national events and campaigns. And advocate for members.

Along with Dauphin County System of Care community liaison specialist Helen Spence, as Chair I organized and facilitated monthly youth meetings. I also helped facilitate community outreach events from feeding the homeless, visiting the elderly with our Adopt-A-Grandparent program, car washes to raise money for community outreach or developing content for our What's Good TV Show on WHBG-TV 20 that highlighted the positive youth in the community broadcasting content for kids by kids across Dauphin County.
