Fament is a management office of Finland's most famous social media and media personalities. As a Talent Manager I was responsible for increasing my clients sales and managing all projects. My clients have been e.g. Pernilla Böckerman, Jaajo Linnonmaa, Sointu Borg and Ilona Ylikorpi.My responsibilities involved:- B2B sales and contract negotiations- Planning, project management and reporting of influencer marketing campaigns, podcasts and events for example- Developing and managing relationships with influencers, brands and other stakeholders- Media management and PR planning- Development of personal brands and social media channels- Conceptualization and development of new business opportunities for our clients

My role was to manage the B2B sales of brand partnerships and trainings, develop new business models and sales processes together with the CEO and execute content production of marketing and social media materials. As a Sales Management Trainee I also gained experience in team management, and I led the sales team's weekly meetings.

I worked as a freelancer for an influencer in the wellness and sports industry. My work tasks included B2B sales and project management of brand partnerships to influencer's social media channels.

My assignments included customer service and B2C sales of new memberships at the reception of ELIXIA Sello fitness center. Our team had daily and monthly sales goals, the achievement of which we were responsible to the team leader.
