I specialize in sustainable forest management, biodiversity issues and forest pathology/forest health. Particularly tree-microbe interactions and prevention and control of tree diseases under a changing climate. I am keen on enhancing habitat connectivity and preservation of biodiversity especially in urban environment. I`m interested in new remote sensing applications and geospatial solutions in environmental resources mapping and modeling. My technical and methodological skills include spatial and statistical analysis, biotechnological tools and laser scanning data processing related to forests and built environment. I have experience in the use of many GIS software, data visualization and handling of municipal zoning data. I can perform spatial risk analysis of different kind of environmental phenomena. I actively seek new approaches to solve problems and next I am going to improve my programming skills.
