• Responsible for managing the operation training for multiple clients in the travel & hospitality sector along with various other industries with a team of 4+ training leaders and 40+ trainers covering the training needs for projects with a total of HC of 3000 employees.• Manage & oversee the operation of graduating new hire classes and review the hiring plans to ensure training resources readiness and availability and communicate the training plans accordingly with clients and stakeholders.• Conduct and direct the creation and roll-out of initiatives and process improvements on a company strategic level and ensure their alignment with the business plan and the long-term planned goals.• Manage and follow-up on the training leaders across different projects on conducting data-driven action plans and initiatives in order to drive performance through improving efficiency & customer experience metrics, while making sure the actions align as well with the business direction while reviewing & driving the return-on-investment for the initiatives.• Ensure the on-going development of the training agenda and training activities in order to meet the required results – review and approve developed training content.• Direct and lead the creation of training modules, curriculums and agenda from scratch and ensure proper deployment and frequently follow-up to conduct real-time adjustments if needed to ensure the meeting the required L&D standards.• Responsible for managing and creating high-level business reviews and performance reports for the management and ensure the data are accurate, on-time and presentable.• Manage the learning curve experience and the speed to proficiency for the new hires based on the wave-over-wave results and conduct learning curve analysis along with creating action plans in order to drive the speed to proficiency across different projects.• Work with stakeholders, and clients to identify training needs based on KPIs opportunities & conduct TNA
