I am the proud Founder of Branch Properties Accessibility Specialists. An experienced property professional, I have been developing my passion for property for more than 25 years now. My background in the industry includes account, agency, property management (for 60 plus properties), project management, development and investment. I started Branch Properties with accessibility services back in 2015 when I saw first-hand, the need for specialist’s services when trying to source accessible accommodation for my disabled Father. Whilst looking and having been in the property industry for years, with many connections, I was sure I would find him something quickly and easily. little did I know the challenges and obstacles we would be faced with. It was apparent there was a lack of understanding and a huge gap in the market for a company that comprehended the needs of disabled and elderly clients requiring accessible housing. London and the rest of the UK has a serious shortage of accessible homes available to those who need them, in short there is an accessible housing crisis. Wth years of learned experience and nine years in the specilaist business, I am passionate about making positive changes through our work and proud to be an expert in the accessible property field. Offering advice and consultation in all areas of accessible housing, whether it’s finding, letting or selling. Following many years in charity and making a huge difference to many, I now bring that passion, empathy and learnt experience to help people achieve a better and more independent lifestyle.
