Teaching and Tutoring American Sign Language (ASL) to anyone who is interesting to learn ASL and Deaf Culture and Deaf Interpreting to Deaf with delay languages

Responsibilities• Empty trash cans, dispose of trash and maintain clean trash containers (interior and exterior of trash cans) in assigned areas.• Clean restroom toilets, sinks, counter tops, mirrors, floors, walls, fixtures and restock necessary supplies. Maintains cleanliness of water fountains.• Be trained in the proper use of all chemicals necessary for all park services positions.• Picks up trash and waste then puts it in the proper trash cans. Also, cleans up spills of various materials in park walkways.• Sweeps, squeegees standing water and maintains general cleanliness of park walkways within designated area. rk rules to security.• Give directions to attractions in the park and help guests and other associates when needed• Takes appropriate action to resolve guest concerns and issues.• Monitors guest behaviors within the park and notifies security of any suspicious behaviors.• Notifies supervisor of any malfunctions or special situations.• Skim the park's lagoons, streams, lakes and fountains for debris

Assist on Deaf Awareness Day every year with helping individual who are deaf and hearing with locating tickets, interpreting, programs, maps, plans, etc

Responsibilities including routine building check up.Clean service for special events.Set up rooms and seating for conventions and moved offices furniture from one room to another; rearranged offices.

Monitor access to the bldg, ensuring that the access card system is respected and maintains a sign-in log of residents and visitors to the bldg.Substitutes for any staff Resident Assistant who is absent from work.Responds to emergencies and non-emergencies in the residence hall, making resolution and maintaining control of situation and work closely with Dept. of Public Safety and Campus Life Staff.Enforces all University and Resident Hall policies and procedures.Documents information regarding incident reports in the daily log book.Ensures the emergency guidelines established by the University are adhered to all times: and communicates with appropriate staff to be contacted during emergencies via phone, pager and Instant Messenger.Attends and participates in individual meetings, and staff meetings, and training as required.Assists with special projects/requests and performs other related duties, as assigned.

Worked as part of team performing a great variety of tasks.Separate soiled into appropriate categories prior to wash and pick-up soiled linen from ward and clinics.Separate folded, tied and stacked rough-dry textiles by category utilizing powered equipment, including stacking and loading items on carts.Regularly performed full range of housekeeping duties.Assigned various line duties, including counting, taking inventory, and weighting.
