I worked as security Team Leader in Double Tree by Hilton, Doha, Old town, where my duties included:Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.Assigning guards to patrol and do inspection of building and ground.Ensuring protection from intruders, fire hazards, theft, and vandalism.Monitoring security systems through cctv surveillance and responding to alarms.Reporting of issues, or requests for assistance.Ensuring that all security events are logged, documented and reported according to the standards.

During this period of my service i worked as an outsourced security officer in various Hotels including Marriott, Rotana, and Hilton.
