Quality Control Manager / Asia
* Work closely with overseas suppliers and factory owners to ensure product quality from inception to completion.
* Conduct periodic vendor audits to ensure the factories are operating according to internal and customer requirements.
* Train and manage vendor quality control staff according to company requirements using SPC, CGMP and seven step corrective action methodology.
* Train and manage overseas quality control representatives.
* Source new vendors and products when needed.
*******Developed new Quality Program for implementation in Asia.

* Conduct community team walkthroughs of homes to inspect homes for quality workmanship.* Work closely with Superintendents and Subcontractors to assure quality in every home.* Negotiate costs with Subcontractors.* Conduct homeowner orientation with the homebuyer to assess homeowner satisfaction and homeowner expectations.* Schedule and manage Subcontractors to ensure any warranty or non-warranty repairs are resolved quickly.

* Establish a rapport and determine the needs of customers.
*******Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services provided by the company.
******** Suggest the investment of a warranty to complement customer purchases.
