I served as Task Lead (Cyberspace Analysis & Studies), supporting Air Force Space Command cyberspace requirements divisions. During my tenure I helped LinQuest win its first dedicated cyberspace business line; led an effort to fast-track cyber space Analysis of Alternatives (AoA); and conducted lifecycle risk analysis and operational risk assessments, advising the U.S. government based on data and results.

I served as Task Lead (AF TENCAP) at Serco, a global company that specializes in service delivery excellence. Serco Inc., a division of Serco Group plc, serves Federal, state and local governments, along with the Canadian government and commercial customers. Serco is known for tackling complex programs in transportation, defense, and healthcare.

I led a team of engineers during work for SI International, a NASDAQ listed provider of information services, outsourcing, technology and network solutions to the US Department of Defense and civil government agencies. Serco acquired SI International in 2008.

After graduation from the United States Air Force Academy, I completed Undergraduate Pilot Training and served as an aircraft commander in the A-10 Thunderbolt II, as a mission commander and instructor pilot in the F-16 Fighting Falcon, and as a pilot instructor in the T-38 Talon. I flew 40 combat missions during Operation Desert Storm, and later served the Deputy Under-secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs and the Air Force Space Command's Space Warfare Center.
