Sally worked as a secondary school music and drama teacher in London from 1997 - 2007. She has taken on various management roles from co-ordinator of Expressive Arts to Head of Music/ Curriculum Manager of Performing Arts. She has a wide variety of experience teaching and developing the curriculum for different GCSE and A Level courses.Sally performed with the London Philharmonic Choir under Neville Creed, working in venues such as the Albert Hall, the Royal Festival Hall, The Queen Elizabeth Hall, and Glynedbourne for various occasions such as the BBC Proms, also recording music for stage productions (Alan Bennett's Lady in the Van with Maggie Smith). She experienced working with artists such as Ian Bostridge, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa, and conductors such as Pierre Boulez, Esa Pekka Salonen, Paul Daniels, and Sir Roger Norrington. Sally currently sings with the Manchester Chorale in various venues in the northwest, including the Bridgewater Hall.Sally has experience of working in various different types of school and with public/ private partnerships set up to support the Lord Mayor's Intiatives within city centre education/ EAZ (Education Action Zone) please see work during time at Skinner's Company's School for Girls.
