In June 2015, I took on a new role of Sr Record-keeping where I work with all products on payroll, vacation time, absences, team updates, new hires, terminationsWorking on a playbook for the new hire process

I Became part of the Workforce Management in October of 13 where I continued my role as IEX Admin as well as outage coordinator. I trained fellow team members on the outage process. Assisted in developing an outage playbook.

I worked with a small team who supported the Call Centers and Vendor sites with system issues, testing and help develop a tracking tool for outages. I also assisted in requirement gathering for a call tracking system. As well as lead on many projects like One Voice, Metcare I was also the admin for IEX a workforce management tool. I assisted in setting up the databases, entering the information for each agent etc and maintained the information. Was part of the team who introduced time off manager and implemented it
