Coached and developed lesson plans through scope and sequencing for the State of Colorado Standards in Kindergarten, including literacy, math, writing, social studies, and science. Developed a curriculum for teaching Sight Words which optimized there abilities to learn to read. Implemented a blended learning curriculum that is both a teacher-led and technology infused programs with iPads. Taught and developed lesson plans for technology, as well as assisting with electives(arts, music, and theater). Commended by administration for creative instructional activities and calm nurturing approach that helped foster an environment conducive to student success.

Instructed 35 preschool-aged children each year in creative activities designed to promote cognitive, social, and physical development, specializing in literacy and match. Trained students with "Handwriting Without Tears" curriculum.
