My practice concentrates in all aspects of estate planning and estate and trust administration. I prepare estate planning documents, such as Wills, trust agreements, IRA and life insurance beneficiary designations, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies, and other instruments with respect to the development of estate plans. In the area of estate administration, I prepare probate documents for filing with the Surrogate’s Court, work with the Court, prepare federal and New York estate tax returns, and assist with the administration of the estate and any related tax matters, through closing. I also counsel my clients in a wide range of issues involving individual and fiduciary income, gift, and estate taxes.
