Joint executive responsibility for all aspects of the charity’s work. The main focus of this role is to ensure we have income to deliver upon the charity’s mission; ‘To create positive impacts on the lives of horses, ponies, donkeys and mules, through rescue, rehabilitation, care, advice and learning’.Working as part of the senior leadership team to develop and effectively deliver upon all aspects of the Charity’s 10 year strategic plan; with specific responsibility for the delivery of the commitments relating to financial sustainability. This includes responsibility for those areas of the Charity which nurture relationships and engage supporters to maximise income to the charity; whilst also working closely with the welfare teams to support the delivery of equine welfare messages for advice and learning and the Charity’s strategic commitment of Influencing Welfare Culture. Work closely with all other areas of the Charity to ensure a consistent and considerate approach to supporter engagement and income generation.Responsible for a team of 40 people across four main functions; marketing & communications, fundraising, engagement and trading.

Working closely with the CEO (and deputising in her absence), the Management Team and the Board of Trustees, this newly created senior role focuses on developing income generation and communications to meet the £2.5 million annual running costs of the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance. I will be responsible for setting and managing clear financial targets, developing high performing teams and delivering a fundraising and communications strategy to support the Charity's ambitious plans for future growth.

I work alongside the CEO to meet the operational needs of the Charity. I'm responsible for the business development of the organisation, developing a high performing team and systems and raising the profile of the Charity throughout the county.

Award a Commendation by the Commander in Chief Strike Command in the Queen's Birthday Honours List 2003. In recognition of meritorious service to both the RAF and the RAF Marham.Responsible for all station media enquiries and low-flying complaints. Coordinating high-profile events and station VIP’s visits, including a Royal visit for HM the Queen in 2003 where I was solely responsible for hosting and facilitating the media. - Working directly with the Station Commander and senior team, to give briefing ahead of press visits. - Managing the Norfolk Careers work experience placement scheme; placing over 300 year 10 students every year into various work placements, on a busy front-line operational RAF station. - A member of the RAF Marham charity committee.
