At Shakespeare Martineau I specialised in recovery work involving Consumer Credit Act lending and have an indepth understanding and hands on experience of managing cases through this complex and evolving area of law. I have over 15 years experience in relation to mortgage possession work specialising in the recovery of secured lending where direct security, third party security and/or guarantees have been provided. This also includes establishing whether the security provided may be relied upon and the lending recovered. I have many years of experience issuing of money claims and particularly the enforcement of Judgments in the UK including the tracing of individuals outside of the UK.I also provided training to lender clients in respect of recovery processes and kept them up-to-date with new developments. I also assisted the client in choosing not only which recovery option will be most cost effective but would also help the client streamline their processes and become more efficient. I took a change of direction to manage the secretarial support team at Clyde & Co, Guildford office. I am now at Stevens & Bolton in Guildford supporting James Lister in the Private Wealth Disputes Team.
