I have worked in the Charities Sector for over 10 years, supporting families with complex and multiple needs, most recently as Team Leader working on the governments troubled families agenda across Hampshire. Previous employment included The Childrens Society as programme manager for six Childrens Centres, and I was manager of three supported living accommodation for vulnerable young people. I have fundraised for numerous charities by organizing events and taking part in challenges, such as Abseiling the Spinnaker Tower and will be doing the Pretty Muddy 5k run for Cancer Research. I have recently joined the board and am looking forward to a career in the maritime industry.
