• Manage the Office of Philanthropy to enhance, promote and support Folsom Lake College, its centers and the Harris Center for the Arts.• Serve as the Executive Director for the Folsom Lake College Foundation with responsibility for managing all philanthropic efforts including fundraising, donor stewardship, board recruitment/training and special event planning for the College and the Harris Center for the Arts.• Provide leadership in identifying, securing and managing philanthropic resources to support student success and the arts. • Planned, directed and maintained goals and strategy for non-dues revenue generation related to the Association’s business affiliates and sponsorship program. • Transformed the affiliate member program into a highly effective, income generating department which still actively serves the general membership and increases the organization’s bottom line.

• Led a newly established sales department for seven Northern California/Pacific Northwest properties with goals of increasing the non-traditional revenue streams of advertising, sponsorship, experiential marketing and events. • Maximized national partnership marketing programs and regional opportunities by cultivating strategic relationships with key partners that included negotiation of six and seven figure multi-year contracts. • Partnered with shopping center management teams including specialty leasing, operations and marketing at over 50 mall locations to execute various partnership marketing programs including the John Sullivan Auto Lounge, Kaiser Permanente Play Space and Family Lounge, and the Danmer Custom Shutters lead generation kiosks.

• Responsible for marketing, advertising, event planning and new member benefits to support 900+ members representing 26,000 jobs. • Managed and implemented all advertising, sponsorship and promotional activities for special events, including the Annual Folsom Pro Rodeo and Folsom LIVE which are responsible for 50% of the annual revenue for the Chamber. • Instrumental in the launch of a new tourism website and member database for the Chamber improving functionality and accessibility for users.

• Directed all marketing efforts supporting the Association and its business objectives which served over 22,000 members. • Reestablished the Association’s role as the leader in restaurant advocacy through a rebranding and updating of is marketing tools including a state-of-the-art website and advanced communication technologies.• Established new and enhanced current unique revenue generating member benefits such as the free legal helpline and the Heartland Payment Systems preferred credit card processing provider.• Produced the Association’s monthly magazine, website updates and sales/event collateral.
