About Sally Bull

Unconventional | motivating | positive. I work best unlocking and communicating what can be difficult and sensitive, in a clear and kind way. I am an experienced food, cooking and nutrition teacher and now The Food and Wellbeing Coach. I help people be free from food and body issues, with one to one coaching, workshops and group sessions. I explore the 'why' and the 'how' behind people's eating habits, re-writing food stories for sustainable change. With a strong educational professional background, a BSc hons in Food, PGCE in teaching Food and an Eating Psychology Diploma, credits my position as a Food and Wellbeing expert.
