Serving mainly the mining, oil & gas, construction & manufacturing industries, and many of the world’s leading organisations, I have worked across the globe - throughout Europe, across several countries in Africa & regions of Australia, as well as the US, Mongolia & China. With expertise in cultural assessment & transformation, organisational & leadership development and programme design & implementation, I have designed, lead and delivered company-wide engagements; deep dive engagements within large operations; and across and within major capital projects.
