Management and co-ordination of projects undertaken by the team I oversee and delivery of outcomes including: • Introduction of 8 new subject areas to the previously science focussed product; English literature and language, mathematics, history, geography, and computer science, French, Spanish and German. • Integration of links to external content.• Introduction of image and video elements to quizzing platform.• Improvements in accessibility by way of Text-to-speech, Alt Text for images, AI chatbot assistance.• Continual management and improvement of existing content.• Management and iteration on the content model of the program.• Research and iteration on content generation processes, more recently considering the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance methods of production and quality of content.Additional highlight has been leading on a project involving collaborative content creation, receiving the 2021 Education Resource Award for Collaboration with a School for this work.

• Writing news, features, and interviews, developing my written communication skills, and exploring my passion for music gender diverse, intersectional representation • Creating and managing creation of video content for our Social Media platforms • Co-ordinating VOCAL GIRLS' own events as well as other events such as festival stages and panels

• Variable and changeable tasks undertaken as a steward at British Summer Time festival in Hyde Park• Worked within a large team of employees as well as with visitors and representatives of the venue• Selected to work in the VIP section of the festival at a corporate event, due to personable, articulate, and professional demeanour

• Worked under pressure with minimal supervision to manage arrears and resolve tenant queries• Responsible for large tenant base, using objective judgement to determine ongoing contact strategy• Provided support to tenants who may be struggling whilst keeping in mind the interests of the company
