With a combined 25+ years in the corporate and nonprofit sector, I have fine-tuned my organizational management skills to achieve high impact results. My motto is “Ideas are for doing.” I thrive on translating complex and ambiguous concepts in to a solid framework with actionable plans and processes. My recent experience in the nonprofit sector has been with organizations in the Start-Up and Growth life cycles where new ideas and programs are abundant. My expertise is in developing high-performing teams through a strengths-based approach and authentic communication. Effective at group facilitation that promotes collaboration, builds trust and drive decision-making to achieve results.Highly credible public speaker and workshop presenter for both local and national conferences on a variety of topics including, Grant Writing, Logic Modeling, Evaluation, Collective Impact and Volunteer Engagement. Experienced at developing high impact presentation materials and curriculum delivered in both online and in-person workshop formats. I have a passion for both the arts and empowering young women to be the best they can be. As a Girl Scout Alumni, I knew first-hand the positive impact scouting can have on young girls. I served as a Troop Leader for a remarkable 12 years. I have been active in the arts community first as a Business Volunteers for the Arts volunteer, then serving on the board of a small children’s theatre in the west valley. I am currently serving as Board President of the Phoenix Girls Chorus which has brought together my passion for the arts and empowering young women to find their voices through leadership, community service and music!
